Integrity Van Lines and Storage

Our belongings suffered water damage at some point during storage between AZ and MN. No one contacted us to warn us of the same and belongings were delivered with mildew damage as well as structural damage. Some boxes were wrapped in sheets when they were completely destroyed, illustrating that they were aware of the damage. Also, the rate for services continued to rise after services were agreed upon, however the way our belongings were treated are the reason I'm bothering to write a scathing review.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6000

I have moved a number of times in my career and NEVER have experienced a more unprofessional company before. The initial estimate of half truths to bring down the cost for the move. Example, a king mattress was written in the quote when in fact it was a complete king bed and frame. I was charged extra upon pick up and headboard never arrived and the frame was missing rollers.
I contacted the company over 12times on 2-3 varies phone numbers provided only to receive the answering service without ANY return phone calls. My pickup was ONE person with a limp who spend 6.5 hours loading and packing my stuff. He didn't leave my home until 11:30 PM!!

My furniture FINALLY arrived 15 days later to my new home damp, broken, missing table legs, all boxes had be broken open and re taped with items coming out of the boxes including losing items that never made it. There is no excuse for the treatment of my items when they were packed, labeled and boxed.

Upon trying to contact INTEGRITY VAN LINES AND STORAGE multiple times of my frustration from promised delivery in 4-8 days (15 days actual) and miss-treatment of my valuables and well as the extended delivery. Perhaps this mover should change their name to Shottie Movers because there is NOTHING from my experience that would name them with any Integrity.

I had heard about integrity Van Lines company through some friends so I did a little investigation and also found them on some pages in internet where they have a perfect rating! I decided to give it a shot. I spoke with them, I liked what he had to say and we decided to go for it. They arrived on time and loaded my 2 bedroom condo up so fast and so carefully, I couldn't believe it! His workers were also very pleasant to be around. I felt comfortable and my 1 1/2 year old son was in tow and they were very good working around him. They loaded the truck up, and once they got to the new house they went out of their way to make sure boxes went to the right rooms and things were in the right place. They took special care of our stuff and they are VERY detail oriented.. some loose change fell out of the couch cushions and they would pick up every penny and give it to me. He is very considerate. When the job was done the final price was at the very low end of the range he gave me when he quoted me on the price.

I was so lucky to find this company. I needed to move my stuff from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. I had most of my stuff already packed, so the service they offer was perfect for me. They was great and easy to work with. He responded promptly to all my questions and requests in a very professional manner. My case was a bit complicated as I had most of stuff being delivered from San Francisco into a storage facility the same day that Integrity Van lInes picked up the stuff I wanted in LV. Integrity Van Lines delivered my goods the next morning, on time - they knew exactly how to deal with my building, which it's a high-rise with strict set rules. They were just perfect and made my move stress free. They were fast but careful with my stuff. Payment was easy. Thank you Integrity Van Lines!! I will definitely consider to hire this company again.

I feel this is a scam. I am still trying to understand how come a 5 star rated company gives such a poor service to me ? based on their phone response looks like they are aware what they are doing, making false statement and commitments when booking, once money is transferred they don't care. they call themselves professional but I doubt. I stuck in their trap, other be careful.I booked my move almost 45 days in advance thinking it will avoid any last minute hassle but no advantage. At time of booking I was very impressed and I was thinking that I am dealing with direct moving company not dealer. However after booking, it was difficult to get clear information. I didn't get any information 24hr before my scheduled move date. I had to make multiple calls to get final time. Movers came 3 hours later even though we finalize the time in morning. After 3 hr wait, they came with U-haul truck. they loaded the boxes and then asked 1.6 times the agreed amount, else will not take my goods. I had next morning flight so not option left at last moment. Also they didn't give me clear cf volume though rates were based on cf. booking cf rate was $3.5 per cf but they charged $4.5 per cf. some of movers were drunk, one can smell alcohol. so far not good experience. After move there is no communication after 8 days. no one picks phone or reply to email. no ETA for delivery date. I feel it is not professional.

Integrity is the LAST name this company should be called! Moving my 80 year old parents from GA to PA. It was all good while rhey were quoting and booking it - no problem getting them there on the 30th - let's do pick-up one day earlier just to make sure - just in case of bad weather or something..that's what I was told. A few people fly up, a few drive - all to help get hem unpacked and settled - it's a lot for elderly folks to do on their own. Now we are sitting here waiting - no movers. Can't get a hold of anybody, 4 messages to an answering service with no reply, finally get a hold of someone by calling a different number and while on hold with them - the dispatcher calls to tell me there should have been no confirmed date of delivery - my parents stuff is still SITTING IN Georgia!! It won't be here for another 4-5 days before it will be delivered! This doesn't even cover the extra charges they tacked on..extra charges for extra items - totally get that and have no problem paying for it. The extra fees for wrapping and some other charges that weren't initially on the quotes but were there when the movers had all their furniture already on the truck - just crazy. Walk, don't run to another mover!

We moved in our new house from appartment couple days ago. I didn't know how many items we have in 2 bed apartment and decided to find a moving company. Their reviews speak to them self. We've got a confirmation a day before with all the details. We thought it would be a long loading and gave guys directions what to take and what to throw away, and left the building to get a coffee and don't bother them. We came back in about an hour and almost everything was in the truck. They help us reassemble the table and the bed, which we couldn't handle. We had a two stops for drop off, close to each other. I'm writing this review a couple days after when I opened my boxes and furniture with assurance I find miss any scratches, fails or missing a. Everything arrived five. 
So, we satisfied with our experience, we spent morning with them and by afternoon it was done. If you was to make it easier pack you staff before they arrive, this would make it better and you will know which box goes where.

I moved within Jersey City area last week and Integrity Van Lines really got things done!

First I have to say I scheduled everything a bit late and didn't call for an appointment until the day before the planned move. One thing great about them is they serve a wide range of areas. So it was really nice that they could drive all the way from Brooklyn and fit me into their apparently busy schedule. Also, I was running late on the day of the move, but both the two guys they sent were super patient and didn't complain about anything.

They were careful, efficient in terms of moving boxes, disassembling furniture and get things organized in the truck. When we get to the new building, they even tried to make the whole process faster by running a few things in parallel (which is pretty good for me). The re-assembling is clean and quick also, I was a little worried about the Queen-sized bed and my huge desk, but everything is as good as they were.

The entire moving lasted 4 hours and given the weather and all my stuff, I was very happy about that. I heard that some movers still charge for the waiting time, however that doesn't happen to me at all (I kept them waiting for like an hour). It was really close to the initial quote so really good credibility.

All in all it was a pleasant experience even though I hate moving so much. I would definitely recommend Integrity Van Lines!
